Join us every Saturday morning at Penman Park for a rejuvenating slow flow yoga class amidst the vibrant atmosphere of the Beaches Green Market!
In this all-levels practice, you'll move through gentle, grounding sequences designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and connect with the natural beauty around you. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is for you. Bring your mat, enjoy the fresh air, and leave feeling centered, energized, and ready to explore the market's delicious offerings.
