About this Event
Did you know there are certain foods that can actually increase your happiness and boost your mood? No, we’re not talking about a pint of your favorite ice cream (although, we’re also not saying that can’t help from time to time!) Mother Nature has supplied us with a fresh bounty of delicious produce that can have powerful, mood-boosting effects on your mind. In this class, culinary medicine specialist Allison Harrell will show you how to feed your body and soul with the following dishes: Lentil Stuffed Peppers and Summer Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette. Program fee: $35.
Cancelling Your Reservation: In order to receive a full refund, participants must cancel their program registration at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the program. Center for Health & Wellbeing’s Refund Policy
