Join us to visit Bridger Bowl this fall for a hike. Since 1991 a raptor migration count has taken place every fall at the Bridger Bowl ski area in the Gallatin National Forest just north of Bozeman. Let's meet and hike and look for migrating raptors. The Bridger's are also known to contain many fossils and even geodes. Come and look for geodes too. This hike is meant to preamble the Bridger Bowl Raptor Fest. The @bridgerraptorfest is held this year on October 5, 6. A fun, family friendly way to learn about migrating raptors, raptor biology and ecology, and enjoy a nice fall day in the mountains. You can go to this website. https://bridgerraptorfest.com/raptors. To learn more and see what the raptor count is.
