To mark the Labor Day 2026, √m³ (Mirco Magnani/Munsha/Mat Pogo/Valentina Bardazzi) presents an evening that combines an exhibition of iconographic composite portraits by Valentina Bardazzi, live music interventions, and video projections — as a solidarity act of resistance exploring the concept of "Struggle."
The performative and installation-based arrangement links archival material on labor struggles and diverse working realities, connecting historical memory, the present, and contemporary artistic practice.
Real-time sound processing and suspended pencil drawings are embedded in an immersive, deeply impactful spatial environment through video art.
The event is complemented by a vinyl selection from guest artist Lichene, who "explores the possible meanings of a distant future."
Funded by the Department of Culture and History Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg as part of the project fund “Kultur zum 1. Mai !”

Anlässlich des Tags der Arbeit präsentiert √m³ (Mirco Magnani/Munsha/Mat Pogo/Valentina Bardazzi) einen Abend, der eine Ausstellung ikonografischer Komposit-Porträts von Valentina Bardazzi, Live-Musik-Interventionen und Video-Projektionen verbindet – als solidarischen Akt des Widerstands in einer Bearbeitung des Begriffs „Kampf“.
Das performative und installative Dispositiv verknüpft Archivmaterial zu Arbeiterkämpfen und zu unterschiedlichen Arbeitsrealitäten, und setzt historische Erinnerung, Gegenwart und zeitgenössische künstlerische Praxis in Beziehung.
Echtzeit-Soundprocessing und schwebende Bleistiftzeichnungen sind mittels Videokunst in einer immersiven, tiefenwirksamen Räumlichkeit eingebettet.
Die Veranstaltung wird durch eine Vinyl-Auswahl der Gastkünstlerin Lichene vervollständigt, die „die möglichen Bedeutungen einer fernen Zukunft untersucht“.
Gefördert mittels des Bezirktamts Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain im Rahmen des Projektfondes "Kultur zum 1. Mai !"
