Frequency Sessions is Creative Music Television’s live artist competition, filmed at Gallery DeFi in West Dallas.
The format is simple. Each artist gets one song, backed by the CTV house band. No tracks, no laptop, no DJ. Just a voice, real instruments, and a room full of people. Think Tiny Desk, but it’s a competition and you’re in the room.

How it works
Judges score 60%. The crowd decides 40%. At the end of the night, four artists advance toward the Season 1 finale.
The season prize
The last artist standing wins $1,000, a fully directed music video from the CTV team, and a marketing campaign on their next single.
What you get as a fan
A front-row seat to a real competition, a live band all night, and a say in who moves on. The night is filmed in 4K and becomes an episode of Frequency Sessions on YouTube.
