Frequency Healing

A guided experience blending gentle yoga flow with immersive sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls. Move through mindful sequences while being bathed in calming frequencies, with the option to receive the bowls placed on the body to feel the vibrations deeply. The session will close with reflective journaling to ground and integrate the experience.

Led by yoga instructors Iris Hlaing and Nadine Stewart, with Iris guiding the sound healing and Nadine leading a gentle yoga flow. Together, they create a balanced and supportive space to relax, move, and reconnect. Expect a thoughtfully guided experience that blends movement and stillness, inviting you to fully unwind and tune into your body.
