Frequency Friday is a weekly consciousness experience created and facilitated by Sedona Quantum Consciousness (SQC) and hosted at Humankind. Combining guided meditation, BioCharger technology, and an immersive live sound bath, this gathering is designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and elevate your vibration.
Each week features a different sound practitioner or musician, creating a unique sonic journey through crystal bowls, gongs, flutes, voice, didgeridoo, handpan, and other healing instruments. While every experience is different, the intention remains the same—to create a space for deep relaxation, healing, and connection.
Whether you're beginning your spiritual journey or looking to deepen your practice, Frequency Friday offers a welcoming environment to slow down, recharge, and align with your highest frequency.

5:45 PM – Doors Open
Arrive early, settle into the space, and prepare for the experience.
6:00 PM – BioCharger Meditation Begins
Please arrive before 6:00 PM, as the meditation begins promptly. Late arrivals may not be admitted until an appropriate break so as not to disturb the experience for others.
