Frequency Flow: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Experience

Two Experts in their craft will lead you on a journey of healing, restoration, rejuvenation and enchantment at the discovery of a deep and ever-present peace within yourself: one that you can draw from at will.
Selma and Mani are steeped in their respective crafts of yoga and sound healing; on this day they come together to forge a world of deeply moving energies, one inspired by the treasures they've each found in their respective practices.
Expect to be a different person upon leaving the session, one that views the world around us in a new light, one that is a channel for that new light to radiate, and one that will come to blossom in that light into an unbreakable lotus: poised and prepared for all life will throw at them.
