Frequency Ceremony aim to help you find stillness from within in order to balance. This has been carefully curated with aroha to support your journey of wellness.
We will begin with a Cacao & Maca ceremony and dive into a meditation before beginning our yoga practice.
The yoga practice will align with each chakra and each chakra will have a different frequency.
We will work with the 7 chakras and begin the energy healing process for the group.
This is an intimate and personal journey, you are encourage to drop all expectations and surrender to receive and relax.
We will finish with a Moon tea made by your facilitator Kotte and some card reading for those wanting to take part of this experience.
