FrenÁk Társulat: FrenÉsie

A FrenÉsie (a cím franciául „őrületet”, „tombolást” vagy „rajongást” jelent) olyan látványvilágot és dinamikát teremt, amelyben a centrális teret a testek egyfajta kontrollált, mégis vad, megállíthatatlan örvénylése uralja. A darab a jövő egzisztenciális kérdéseit és a jövő által diktált új dinamika (ösztönös?, kiszámított?) forrásait kutatja, miközben a bizonytalan közeg az emberi kapcsolatok törékenységét és stabilitását tükrözi. A F_EvER után a FrenÉsie a teremtés problematikáját középpontba állító trilógia második része, amely szót emel az újratermelődő egyformaság, az uniformizáció és az emberi kiszolgáltatottság ellen. Az alcím – RoadMovi(e)ng – egyfelől játékosan idézi meg a hagyományos road movie-kat, másfelől a folyamatos mozgásban lét, az örökös helyváltoztatás kényszerét is kihangsúlyozza.
Az előadás a Liszt Ünnep keretében a FrenÁk Társulattal közös programként, a Müpa szervezésében valósul meg.

FrenÉsie (French for ‘frenzy,’ ‘craze’ or ‘rampage’) stands for visuals and dynamics where in the centre of the space the bodies swirl in a controlled manner, yet wildly, unstoppably. The play explores the existential questions of the future and the sources of the new dynamics (instinctive? calculated?) dictated by it, whilst depicting the fragility and stability of human relationships in this uncertain environment. FrenÉsie follows F_EvER as the second part of a trilogy that is centred around the problem of creation, and is an appeal against ceaseless uniformity, standardization and subjugation. The punning subtitle, RoadMovi(e)ng, refers to the evocation of the key characteristics of traditional road movies and to the compulsion to keep moving, to change one’s place.
