French Wines & Sushi Tasting

Join us for an evening of French wine and seafood-focused nigiri, designed to explore how different styles of wine pair with delicate, fresh flavours.

You’ll taste six French wines — Chablis, Pouilly-Fumé, Alsace Riesling, Bordeaux Blanc, Provence Rosé, and Champagne — each thoughtfully matched with a selection of nigiri.

The sushi features a variety of seafood nigiri including tuna, salmon, seabass, seabream, yellowtail, and prawn, prepared by Roka, known for its contemporary Japanese cuisine.
