About this Event
If you've attended one of our wine classes, than you have likely heard our Wine Director, Erin Dudley, cut herself off from a description of the key geographical parts of France and how their distinct soils effect the wines grown there, often saying, "that's a story for another day." Well that day has finally come. At this class, we will look at France's geographical and geological history while discussing how the rock types and formations effect the grapes and wine styles of each area.
Included with your ticket:
- Seated wine class with certified sommelier and Neighborhood Restaurant Group Wine Director, Erin Dudley CSW
- Tasting of six fine French wines
- Small serving of artisanal cheese and accoutrements
