About this Event
Bon appétit! Enjoy a full French culinary experience as Chef Will LeaMond guides you through 3 delectable courses. This semi hands on class will indulge in a frech heritage menu. Here's what you will be cooking:
Forest Mushroom Tart – roasted tomato, balsamic reduction, herbs
Crispy Skin Salmon with White Bean Cassolette – lardon, celery root, mustard greens, sweet potato puree
Roast Stone Fruit Galette – vanilla ice cream, edible flowers
*2 glasses of wine will be served during your class.

What to Expect:
In this class, Chef Will LeaMond will teach you how to prepare all of the dishes. This is a semi -hands on class and you will have the opportunity to participate in the preparation if you wish to do so. Two glasses of wine will be served along with your meal. Please be prepared at check-in with your ID if you will be having wine. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) You will have 30 minutes after the class to shop.
