The festival is a two-night event that begins each night with a cultural event at 6:30 p.m. at the Fullerton College Campus Theater patio, with a with a movie screening at 7:30 p.m. (English subtitles included).

Parking is free at the Fullerton College Parking Structure on the 3rd and 4th floors on both nights of the festival.
