The body and mind responds to Yoga Nidrā in any language. Join us for a Yoga Nidrā session in English as each guided instruction in English is translated in French by Myriam. This is a lovely experience where you can just rest back and enjoy the gentle sounds of guidance as you surf the interface between sleeping and waking consciousness. From this blissful state we transition to a peaceful play with watercolours.
Bring a pillow and blanket and yoga mat please.
$35 covers all Art supplies, herbal tea and bliss balls. Max 10 in group.
Venue is the tranquil settings of Kawana Island in the Meeting Place, Grand Avenue. A lovely warmed room which overlooks the waters of Double Bay Beach.
