Join us for a guided tasting of regional delicacies from across France, from classic to cutting-edge. Learn about the most beloved grape varietals and which delicious French wedges and wheels make them shine even more. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of pairing principles and an itch to explore more from this iconic culinary area.

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
