Serving Logistics is expanding our networking area. We have held confrerences for over 10 years in Columbus and want to share our connections with others.

After the conference we will have time to networrk and follow up with each other during the Columbus Blue Jackets Hockey Game.

Instructions for arrival:

1. I would recommend McConnell Garage (“A”), but Marconi (Cinema Garage “I”) and or Front Street (“C”) are also options.
2. The door to enter in is the Lexus Lounge Tower Entrance across from Rodizio’s Grill.
3. Once you enter the Tower Entrance the first thing you see is elevators. Take the elevator up to floor “SU” for Suite Level and turn left out of the elevators to walk into the Founder’s space. The check in table will be here, or it will be by the elevators when they first walk into the Tower Entrance.
4. When you come in, go to the left to elevators and up to what floor? For the Founders Room
5. Check in starts at 12:30 pm meeting will end about 5:30/6. Happy Hour will be ready at 6, Game starts at 7.
6. As much as we will need to avoid leaving computers in the Founder’s space once doors have opened. I am still waiting to hear back if you are able to leave computers in the Founder’s Club during the game, but if that is a possibility it will need to be as little people as possible, most if they can, will need to bring it to their cars/hotels if local to the arena. We do have lockers by the McConnell Entrance of the arena that people can rent for belongings. We will have security staffed for the conference during the day, but once the doors open, I do not believe there will be someone specifically staffed there to watch your belongings, so that is why I would not advise just leaving items in there. The Founder’s Club is on the Suite level and not everyone can get up there, so there is not going to be a lot of foot traffic but wanted to be transparent.
7. You will be able to access the Scott’s Turf Terrace via the elevator by 117. You can exit the building and come back in through the McConnell Entrance from those who need to drop off items to their vehicles or for those without items that want to stay in the arena can head to the far elevator on the suite level and take it up to the press level (this is a little confusing to explain over email, but during the event I will explain and show how to find the right elevator).
