🌼 🌈 Spring Colour Walk & Birthday Celebration! 🌈 🌼
There's lots to celebrate, it's officially Spring (YAY!) AND... Freida Mo's has just turned 7 years old! To celebrate we’re holding our first ever FREIDA MO'S COMMUNITY COLOUR WALK! 🌈
📍 **Meeting Point:** Sefton Park Gates
🕚 **Time:** 11 AM
💜 **Aim** To make new friends, celebrate our community, shake off the winter blues and champion our individuality!
🏃♂️ **Activity level and who’s it for** Everyone - all ages, genders and abilities.
Dress in your most fabulous super colorful outfits and join us for a vibrant and refreshing morning!
Led by Sally and the Freidettes, we’ll kick off with a fun breathing, body shaking, chanting routine getting rid of those winter cobwebs to joyfully welcome in spring.
After our colourful new clan will take a slow paced group stroll around the beautiful sefton park - spot some wildlife, share stories, get some fresh air and hopefully make some new friends.
After that please join us back at Freida Mo’s for a FREE cup of herbal tea!
