Scary stories meet live music in the spookiest way possible

Welcome to Freestyle Gargoyles: Halloween Edition, an avant-garde evening where storytelling and music are created together in real time. Authors will take the stage to read original Halloween-themed stories while a live band improvises a soundtrack on the spot, responding to every twist, scare, revelation, and scream.

The result is a one-of-a-kind performance where no moment can be rehearsed and no soundtrack can be repeated.

This Halloween season performance will feature musicians from The Rustmonster Band, creating atmospheric, eerie, suspenseful, and sometimes chaotic musical landscapes to accompany each story. Expect ghosts, monsters, mysteries, psychological horrors, strange encounters, and other seasonal delights.

Stories will generally be PG-13 in tone, and may include:

• Mild profanity
• Frightening situations
• Horror themes
• Occasional graphic or excessive violence

The event will also be recorded as a live taping, capturing the spontaneous fusion of literature and music for future audiences.

Admission is FREE, but seating is extremely limited.

Only 22 tickets are available, so reservations are strongly recommended.
