Bridge Across the Sky is a raw and honest historical novel in verse about a Chinese teen who immigrates to the United States with his family and endures mistreatment at the Angel Island Immigration Station while trying to navigate his own course in a new world. Join Freeman Ng for a conversation about Bridge Across the Sky, the inspiration for the book, and his journey as a writer!

Freeman will also be signing copies of , a middle grade anthology of ghost stories from every state.

To attend: Space is limited, so registration is required to attend this event. You can register for a ticket for free through August 27, 4:00pm, and preorder the book . Additional copies of Bridge Across the Sky will be available for purchase during the event.
