About this Event
The popular Freeform Writing is back for in-person participation at Peace Awareness Labyrinth & Gardens. We invite you to come together and experience this beautiful energy field of lightness as you clear the unconscious. It is a wonderful way to start a journey of returning to the freedom of living in the natural state of who you are as a soul. Afterwards, we will have an informal get together/sharing over cookies and teas.
Free-form writing is a simple technique to help clear the subconscious and unconscious levels. If you ever find yourself thinking, feeling, and doing things that you cannot explain or experiencing illness or pain with an unknown cause, this technique may assist you.
"Free-form writing is like taking an onion and cutting a wedge through to the center. Then you leave a space, and cut another wedge, and so on. If you leave the onion exposed to the air after cutting several wedges and do no more, the sections of onion that were between the wedges will dry up and peel away. And after a time there will be just a tiny seed left. In the same way, by releasing some disturbances through free-form writing, others still inside of you will fall away." - John-Roger
