Free Movement is Medicine, Come find the freedOM to move as you choose, to release any stress & tension. Let the music move you from within
Come join us as we move through a somatic journey that is barefoot , wild, calming and free!
We start the session with sounding where we make an intention for the movement, the stillness, the loud or quiet dancer within to be freed . We are then guided by an experienced facilitator to get out of your head and into your bodies. In this safely held, inviting and welcoming space we are led in ways that support you to connect back in with your true selves and your authenticity by encouraging you to feel free to move, sound, dance, roll about, stretch, lay and rest in whatever way your body chooses to express itself in this moment
Utilising playful and bassy medicine music, healing shamanic sounds, high vibrational euphoric tunes, calming vibes, brain wave frequencies and soothing at the end with a deeply grounding sound immersion, your body will feel full of fuzzy vibrations that help to heal and rebalance your whole being at a cellular level.
