FreedOM to dance

Through Movement, Sound, Breath, Music we move the stagnant energies in our body and free ourselves from conditionings. In a safe darkened space you will be guided into your body and encouraged to move as you choose. This may be an inner movement with absolutely no outward showing. This might be wildly moving about and taking up space, this might be gently swaying and mindfulying moving to the rhythm and beats as they take you.
The choice is yours

This is a sober space for you to connect to yourself, your inner child, your inner wild, your inner dancer or your inner guide.

Please bring a blanket and some water for your comfort as there will be a mini soundbath at the end.
