โข Yoga mat
โข Pillow or blanket for additional comfort (optional)
Yoga mats will be available for those who do not have one.
โ ๏ธ Note: You donโt have to be able to sit on the floor or on a yoga mat to participate. Chair options are available, making this experience accessible and comfortable for everyone.
