About this Event
“Freedom Steps” is back for its 8th edition! This dance workshop series was created with the premise to promote confidence and feeling safe in your body. Join us for a fun and exciting Afrobeats class taught by Ottawa’s own, VANESSA. With over 10 years of dance experience, and having taught a Freedom Steps before,
ITINERARY:
6:00pm-7:30pm: AFROBEATS DANCE CLASS w/ Vanessa
7:30pm-8:00pm: Cool Down/Mini Discussion*
*We'll sit down and have a candid chat about the correlation between dance and having autonomy over YOUR body. Snacks included!
