Wed. Feb. 19th, 6pm – Freedom of Assembly and Petition – First Amendment Community Workshop #3 at The Center at Belvedere.

Join the Robert H. Smith Center for the Constitution at James Madison’s Montpelier, in partnership with the ACHS, for an enlightening conversation on the First Amendment rights to assembly and petition. The workshop will explore historical and contemporary examples of peaceful assembly and petitioning, as well as the legal protections and the challenges to the First Amendment faced today.
