Women, you are invited to an evening of catharsis. Catharsis is the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong and repressed emotions.
As we move through challenging times, both internally and externally, we feel there is an even deeper importance to gather as women. We invite you to this evening of moving with and through our grief with sharing, song, dance, and sisterhood. We hope to create a space where it is safe to bring your grief, joy, and expressions of all of it in between.
The evening will begin with a short sharing circle, invite us to open through vocalizing with Rocky Velvet, express through movement in a dance with Madelion, and ground with a meditation with Madeleine and Rocky.
Please arrive on time at 6pm. We will be closing the doors at 6:20 to allow for safety of the container.
This event is *Gift Based* - pay what you are able and feel called to offer.
