Freedom from Painful Emotions through Meditation

If we want to change our life, the simplest way forward is to change our mind. 

In this course, we will look at how to deal with painful emotions including fear, anxiety, frustration, and jealousy. We will learn simple meditations that allow us to honestly acknowledge and transform these painful feelings—and how to maintain our new mindset as we go through our day.There will be plenty of time to explore how these meditations work and how to apply them into the life of a busy New Yorker.
