A DJ led Saturday night sober rave in a church! We will start of gently to a bit of funk and disco to warm up then build up to high energy house tunes. The night will end with a relaxing sound bath to rest well after all that dancing!!The dance is not guided, you are free to move how ever you like!!
Sher Benjamin, The Modern Goddess, will be serving heart opening ceremonial cacao with love to start of the proceedings! (not recommended if on heart medication)
Please arrive from 7pm to start at 7.15pm.
