Leela guides the journey through dance classics, rave, afro, latin, and tech house, helping you release the week and rise into the day. This is a sober event.

No rules, no steps to learn. We will begin with a short meditation, dance our socks off and then enjoy a short relaxation to finish. (You might like to bring mat for this bit!)

Option to stay on after a dip in the sea!
