Freedom Activation Chakradance

This Freedom Activation Chakradance Class is the activation of a 9-part journey to break free from the patterns and traumas of your past to create the life you want.

Is the pain, grief and trauma from your past keeping you feeling stuck in

your life now?

Are you in an endless repeat cycle of attracting the same negative

experiences, situations or relationships into your life?

Are you feeling stagnant, unmotivated, anxious or lost and can’t seem to

find the energy to change your life?

As we dance this journey of Freedom, we remember that joy, love, and wholeness are not

things we have to earn — they are our true nature. Through movement, music, and

mandala art, we release the old stories held in our bodies and awaken the light within.

This is where healing happens — gently, naturally, as we come home to ourselves.

This is your divine invitation to step into a journey of healing and liberation.

The invitiation is also to wear white as we include color therapy into our Chakradance classes. With this activation class you are encouraged to wear white if you have it.

• A water bottle
• A journal if you'd like to jot some notes down for yourself afterwards
• An open heart and mind
• Your white outfit (optional)
