5Rhythms is a simple , profound movement practice that get us out of our heads and into our bodies. Whatever is moving you and moving through you is welcome. The 5Rhythms are qualities of movement that enable us to embody every aspect of ourselves.
It is fun, healing and often blissful.
You can't get it wrong.
Great music too!

Cost is a sliding scale from £20 down to £6. If you can manage to pay one of the higher rates, it helps keep the dance accessible to all, overheads are huge!

Payment can be made on the night or in advance but all payments have to go through Bookwhen, sorry, no cash or card payments on the night.
TIt really helps if you can share the event and invite friends.
The venue is a beautiful hall with a great floor. 5 minutes walk from York station. There is limited metered parking in the car park behind the YCVS building - £3 all evening. Please do not park in the spaces immediately outside the hall, it is reserved for registered users and is regularly checked by wardens.
