Join anatomy and pain expert, Cat Matlock, on a journey into the wonderful web of your fascia.
In this brand new series, Cat will guide you through soft therapeutic rolling and FreeBody Fascia Flow Yoga. This series will profoundly hydrate the tissues throughout your body, release physical pain and mental stress, activate your vagus nerve, and help restore mobility and ease.
Using soft therapy balls to activate the “sponge effect” (as described by world leading fascia expert, Robert Schleip) students will super hydrate their fascia bodysuit and help to restore proper nervous system function.
Each class will offer creative therapeutic yoga flows designed to activate and release your fascia. You’re going to feel AMAZING!
