Join us for FREE Zumba on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 5:30pm May through October at the Seasonal Plaza. Get ready to groove with Latin-inspired dance and cardio workouts. Don’t miss out on this energizing and effective fitness program in the beautiful outdoor setting of the Gardens. All you need is your workout clothes, comfortable shoes, and water. We are thrilled to introduce our vibrant new instructor, Magda Twidt, who brings her infectious energy and passion for fitness straight from Colombia to Oklahoma.
Magda is not just any Zumba instructor; she’s a certified fitness expert with over 8 years of experience lighting up dance floors in Arizona and now in Oklahoma. As a proud ZIN member, Magda infuses her classes with the authentic spirit of Latin music and diverse rhythms from around the globe. Her dedication and expertise have earned her an excellent reputation, with regular classes at YMCA Rockwell, VASA, and Crunch Fitness.
