About this Event
Join us outdoors at America's first County Park - Essex County Branch Brook Park.
The Branch Brook Park Alliance, in partnership with Essex County and the Department of Parks, has partnered with Rutgers and Crystal Gaynor to provide the community with ZUMBA lessons for free.
All dance levels are welcomed . The session starts with a welcome and introduction of the class, then we jump right into the Zumba workout where we focus on cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, all while dancing.
At the end of each class we will close out by announcing the upcoming classes. Participants must register in advance. However, please do not register if you are unable to attend because you are taking a slot from someone who can.
