⏰ Class Times:
🧸 Ages 3–8: 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
🌈 Ages 9–16: 1:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
✅ Registration is required.
These classes are made possible through a donation received to support our nonprofit mission of bringing mindfulness, movement, and emotional wellness to youth in our community. 💕
