For Middle and Highschool Students!

Come join us for a fun-filled day of fitness and wellness that is hosted by the Youth and Community Action Team (YCAT) and is located at the Princess Anne Family YMCA. Whether you're a gym regular or just starting your fitness journey, this event is perfect for everyone. Get ready to break a sweat, meet new friends, and learn how to better use exercise as a positive outlet for stress.

Learning to use exercise equipment and healthy workouts can be overwhelming, this class teaches you how to use the equipment, provides you with an opportunity to make friends and exercise.
