Free Your Voice Yuba River Retreat with Phoenix Song

Free Your Voice retreat Labor Day weekend Sept 5-7 at the Haven, Grass Valley. It begins with an afternoon session Saturday September 5 at 2pm and ends Monday Sept 7 at 1pm. After the retreat ends, folks can go to the Yuba River to swim and hang out. Sessions will incorporate movement, improvisational singing, harmony, chakra sound meditations, sound healing, shamanic singing to the elements, and time singing outdoors and indoors. The gorgeous retreat center has a natural pool and hot tub, fire pit, yurt, and outdoor decks with expansive views. Evenings will be impromptu jams and sing-a-longs. Plenty of opportunities to lead songs and perform your own songs. Five delicious, nurturing meals will be catered by a wonderful chef with vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore options.
People who are comfortable singing in groups are invited to join!
