The Work of Byron Katie is a meditative method of self-inquiry where you question stressful thoughts. Through this process, you gain clarity, reduce emotional suffering, and experience greater inner peace, self-understanding, and freedom from limiting beliefs — fostering a deep sense of compassion for yourself and others, and a more open, loving way of relating to life.
The workshop will be held over two days in Stavanger: Friday march 6th at 18-21 and Saturday march 7th at 10-16. It will be led by swedish Nina Olofsson Medin who is a yogateacher and a certified fascilitator in The Work of Byron Katie together with norwegian Monica Bertinussen who is a psychologist with many years of experience with the meditative method.
The workshop will give an introduction to The Work of Byron Katie with elements of meditation, light yoga and movements, individual and coupled exercises with sharings in the group. The workshop will be held in English with the opportunity to do individual and coupled exercises in Norwegian.
The retreat will be hostet at the beautiful Sola Strand Hotel in a room with a view onto the beach.

The hotel also offers special retreat-prices for the spa and eveningdinner.
The price will be 4000kr for the retreat including lunch on Saturday.
Registration is binding. The retreat will only take place if enough people register. If we have to cancel you will of course get a full refund of your payment.
Remember! Bring a yogamat and a blanket to keep you cozy. We recommend comfortable clothes.
