Bridging the mental health & wellness equity gap in SRQ for five years!Mark your calendars for our fifth consecutive BIPOC Mental Health Awareness program and workshop, Free Your Mind. The initiative was launched in 2019 and anchors Emerge’s health and wellness program.
Since its inception, FYM has continued to provide a strategically curated space to find resources, health and wellness modalities, and diverse wellness professionals that help break down the stigma of mental health and provide support and actionable resources to make mental wellness and physical health accessible in historically underserved Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities.
In our fifth year, we continue to PIONEER health & wellness equity in the region for our target demographic while centering and elevating BIPOC healers and wellness professionals. Join us as we elevate wellness in July!
