Free YogaSix Slow Morning Flow

Join YogaSix South Alexandria for this FREE Morning Slow Flow Yoga Class on the Carlyle Crossings Plaza on Saturday, August 17 at 9am. This empowing class will move at a slower pace but will build strength, stability and fliexibility. All yogis are welcome, as our classes are designed with everyone in mind. At the end of class we will offer our signature cool Eucalyptus towels to cool you down as we lead into raffles! Come, bring your friends and get moving! We will be in a shaded area, but sunscreen is always advised.
