Shieva is a Colorado native and a Yoga Alliance certified Teacher, trained in Earth Ways Yoga — a practice that weaves Classical Five Element Theory, acupressure, and nature-based wisdom into movement and breath. With a foundation in Hatha, her classes are accessible to a wide range of ages, offered at a gentle pace, making them supportive for those with mild injuries or sensitivities.

Her teaching is trauma-informed, with a deep emphasis on honoring the nervous system and guiding students back into balance and connection with their own energy.
