Where is Castle Hill?
Good question! Castle Hill is also known as Castle Green and it is accessed by foot by a small lane just off Bimport. The Postcode will take you to Bimport but not to Castle Hill. From Bimport please look for the Shaftesbury Wellness flag which will be positioned by the lane you need to turn down to get onto Castle Hill.
What happens if it rains?
Unfortunately the event will be cancelled and you will be notified via email.
Is there parking onsite?
No, the event venue is accessed by foot.
Are there toilets onsite?
No, the nearest toilets are at Bell Street Car Park in Shaftesbury.
Do I need to check with my Doctor before participating in the session?
Yes, only if you have underlying health conditions, please check with your doctor the session you have chosen is suitable for your needs.
Will I be photographed during the session?
