• 10-12pm: Kundalini Activation with Jai– Awaken your energy and vitality
• 12-1pm: Vegetarian Lunch – Connect and recharge with delicious eats
• 1-2pm: Q&A Panel – Explore topics on yoga, spirituality, and self-care
• 2-3pm: Breathwork – Deepen your connection to life through the breath
• 3-4pm: Healing Circle + Tea – A space for community and restoration
• 4-4:30pm: Sound Bath – End the day with vibrational frequencies that bring you into pure tranquility
