San Gabriel Park is open again and Free Yoga in the Park is back under the luscious trees!

Join us near the Poppy playground and river trail at beautiful San Gabriel Park for a totally free yoga session every Saturday! Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already flowing strong, this all-levels class is a perfect way to move, breathe, and reset for the weekend.

Here's what you can look forward to:

• Stretch & Flow: All-levels yoga, perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
• Nature Vibes: Breathe deep under shady trees with fresh air and wide open green space.
• Bring the Crew: Come solo, with friends, or the whole fam—kids welcome!
• Play & Pause: There’s a playground nearby if your little ones need to move while you reset.
