During these turbulent times, we know how stressed we can all be. Learn practical ways to ease stress at home with some basic yoga moves , taught by a certified instructer. This is a judgement free class that is open and accessible to all skill levels and all types of flexibility.

Don't forget your yoga matt! But if you don't have one currently, feel free to reach out and we will help get you one.
