*Dry goods, feminine products, and toiletries needed.*
Join us Friday, December 27th for an unlimited all day pass to as many unique yoga classes as you'd like to try, AND a free blood pressure clinic with Registered Nurse, Makenzie Vasquez!
Our first class starts at 6am, the free blood pressure clinic runs from 7am-6pm, and our day finishes out with a beautiful healing sound bath at 6pm.
No experience needed. If you have never done yoga before, you're in the right place! If you're an experienced yogi, you're in the right place!
6am Sunrise Yoga with Makenzie

3pm Intuition Practices (lecture class, no movement)
4:30pm Gentle Kundalini Yoga with Summer
6pm Reiki Sound Bath with Open Hearts
