An all-levels, combination class of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative asanas that is intended to offer an overall sense of well being, embodiment, and what we offer at Upstairs Yoga.
This is a really great reintroduction if you're trying to get back into your practice this fall and need an idea of what classes to begin with.
