Join me for a restorative yoga flow and deep relaxation practice to tend to your nervous system with care. I apply the frameworks of trauma-informed care to the way I hold space, supporting you to feel empowered in your choices and grounded in your worth.

This class is offered as a work wellness event. I will also share information about trauma-informed yoga programs I run for victim/survivors. You're welcome to invite your colleagues. I hope to see you there.
