If you’re overwhelmed by the elections, approaching holidays, work deadlines, or life transitions - please join us for a free class on Fridays at 3p to connect with community, inner peace, and resilience for the times ahead.

Our intention is to offer it all the way through the holidays - please share with friends, let’s support each other and spread more peace together.

Glow Flow classes are inspiring and playful with more/less advanced practice options for strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Always come with a meaningful message to refresh our perspective. We love teaching breathwork, meditation, concentration exercises, and yogic wisdom to foster inner peace, self-discipline, and self-awareness. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to get situated and comfortable. We do lock the doors as the class begins.
